Cancellation by Kalamandir

We may also request additional information to process certain orders. If your order is canceled, either fully or partially, or if we require additional information to proceed, we will notify you accordingly.

Cancellation by Customer

NOTE:
If the transaction failed but the amount was still deducted from your bank account, please contact your bank’s customer service team for assistance. If you receive any confirmation proof from your bank (such as an email or message), please provide it to us. In such cases, Kalamandir will take responsibility for the transaction amount and will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before it is dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted either by Email or Message by contacting the customer support team on 9852985299 . Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process using the same payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the COD charges are non-refundable, and we cannot issue refunds in cash. Instead, we will add store credit equivalent to the order value to your wallet, which can be used for your next purchase..
