What does different Order Status Mean?

Pending – For unsuccessful payment transaction.

Processing – For Successful payment transaction and the order yet to ship.

Shipped – For the order shipped from Kalamandir’s warehouse.

Cancelled – For cancelled orders.

How do I check the status of My Order?

You can check the status of the Order by logging into your account on Kalamandir website. My account>My Orders>Track the Order.

Where do we ship, and what are the shipping charges?

For now, we ship only across India. We absolutely charge nothing for all the pre-paid orders. And Rs.100/- for all the orders placed with COD.

Are the prices on the website inclusive (or) exclusive of taxes?

Yes. All the product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

What are the available modes of Payments accepted while Placing an Order?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net banking, & COD.
