Shipping
Kalamandir provides free shipping for the orders nevertheless of the delivery location across India.
We charge INR 1500 for the first Item and INR 500 for each additional Item as international shipping charges for orders placed to ship outside India.
Customs clearance charges should be borne by the customer.
The placed orders will be processed in the weekdays (Monday to Saturdays), excluding the public holidays. Orders placed will be delivered within 4-7 working days within India. Delivery locations outside India will take around 10-15 days. The international shipping delivery estimation might also vary according to our international courier partners’ presence in the designated country to be delivered, and might take longer than the estimated time, at times.
Return
We allow the return of the product(s) only if they have a manufacturing defect.
The customers are supposed to make the return request with the images of the defective product(s) within two days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer support through email/phone call.
Once the product(s) is accepted by our team, the customers are requested to send the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.
Once received, the product(s) that are requested for exchange/return will be thoroughly inspected by our quality check team before deciding on further proceedings.
